To return, or exchange an item, contact us at email@example.com and you will then be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 48 hours. Please include your invoice/order number when replying.
Then, complete the included form in the email from us. Print out and return along with your item(s) and included accessories to the address listed in the form.
Once the returned item is received and inspected (within 72 hours of receipt), your claim will be processed and a refund, or replacement will be issued within 7 – 14 business days.
KINBUILT offers a 30-day return policy to exchange, or receive a full refund, minus the cost of shipping.
Please note that depending on the item and shipping address, it may take an additional 2-10 business days to receive a replacement.
The following items CANNOT be returned, or exchanged:
- Items purchased on sale
- Used items, without all tags still attached
- Items without a RMA number in the form
- Items not purchased on kinbuilt.com
- Purchases made at one of our retailers, must be returned to them directly.
